Leave it to my daddy to speak to me from the grave.  I spent half the night awake because a truly horrible dream about my father rocked me to my core and I woke up sobbing.  I couldn't get back to sleep for hours.  I logged into Facebook just now and I had posted this last year.  I miss you dad.

Lifetime Fitness - here we go!


If you get the joke, we can be friends.  I just joined another gym - Lifetime Fitness.   Believe me when I say this place is BEAUTIFUL.  It has every single thing you could possibly want for fitness classes and goals, a beautiful outdoor pool, and a kids program that's more than I could ever ask for.  My healthy eating and exercise has basically run off the rails since I got past my class reunion, so I'm refocusing and getting it right again.  86 days until Cancun!
