OUCH!

I just got the weirdest cramp in my upper abdominals.  My entire top side of my abs (at the VERY top, the top 2 of 8) just totally cramped up!  It was so bizarre.  AND PAINFUL.  I've never had that happen before - and of course I tried to take a picture of it because I suddenly had a random 2 pack...  but I couldn't stop screaming long enough to hold the camera steady.
