OK seriously...

I realize that the "writers" of my textbook are trying to relate to college students and all, but I'm in a marketing management class for an MBA program, not sociology 101 for 18 year olds.  What's up with this text book and using the word "DUH?"   It's annoying and frankly it's insulting.
